The City of Lubbock hired RAYO Planning to lead the creation of two neighborhood plans and the development of their neighborhood-planning policy.
635 Corridor Sub Area Plan
Dallas City Councilwoman Jaynie Schultz requested we collaborate with AECOM to develop a land use visioning document for the 635 corridor in North Dallas. The process involved multiple stakeholders and public outreach. Check out the report and project page here.
