Community Education

We provide accessible educational resources and tools on how to neighborhoods who need them.
Education is the most is key to leveling the playing field.

  • Workshops

We help residents, coalitions, neighborhood associations and organizations dive deep into a topic related to civic processes. We break down jargon, help provide step-by-step education on an area and make civic processes more accessible.

  • Community Centered Educational Events

How the city works is intimidating. We help make it more accessible by bringing the information to our communities in a fun and friendly way. We host events that are a safe place for residents to confidently engage in important information on how their cities are changing and how they can get involved.

  • People Powered Planning Academy (“PPPA”) for Racial Justice

Our PPPA is a six-week course in urban planning basics designed to prepare community leaders to confidently engage in civic processes and advocate for equitable development. The curriculum is tailored to meet the specific needs of each community.
