Mayo & Ferrell-Ortiz support auto repair shop owners and workers to remain a ‘conforming’ use in the West Oak Cliff area plan recommendations.
Authorized Hearing for Neighborhood Stabilization
Mayo supported the residents of Elm Thicket North Park, a historic African American neighborhood in Dallas, by speaking in favor of zoning changes that would limit some development.
Bilingual Community Engagement Advocacy
Mayo & Ferrell-Ortiz supported the AAOC and West Oak Cliff Coalition to advocate for bilingual community outreach and the creation of an engagement policy.
